In his nearly 16 years at Pillsbury as the Senior Director of Attorney Recruiting the firm hired over 250 lateral partners and Senior Counsels whose combined collections at the firm have exceeded over $2 billion
Chuck has upgraded the human capital at every firm he has worked with through an innovative, disciplined approach to the recruiting and retention of exceptional talent.
